About The Workshop

Tai Chi, Tai Chi Chuan, or T’aiji (t’ai chi), translates as “supreme ultimate boxing,” or “grand ultimate fist.” Its origin comes from Daoist philosophical principles embracing theories such as Yin and Yang, the opposites in nature, or opposing forces, and a mind-body connection.

Tai Chi is a gentle exercise with choreographed moves that flow together like a slow-motion dance. This non-competitive, self-paced system uses postures that flow from one into the next without pause, ensuring that the body is in constant motion. Tai Chi is low impact, and puts minimal stress on muscles and joints, making it generally safe for all ages and fitness levels. It is inexpensive and requires no special equipment; only comfortable clothes and shoes.

Tai Chi for Business workshop is exclusively designed for professionals who interact with potential and existing customers, clients, business partners, and or investors in their daily life.

Our key objective is to help our audience to upgrade and improve their knowledge and skills in effectively managing internal and external expectations and relationships, while at same time being their true self, effortlessly.
