His experiences as travel management companies, airlines, travel procurement, MICE – or meeting, incentives, conference, and events organizer – as well as emergency travel and disaster response management team during 911 Terrorism Attack in 2001 and Tsunami Attack in 2004, has broaden his view and understanding of corporate travel complexities.
